Pandemic Discourses: A Global Contagion Demands Global Perspectives

The Julien J. Studley Graduate Programs in International Affairs and the India China Institute at The New School are excited to announce a new collaborative blog that aims to foster an interdisciplinary and global dialogue on the historical, social, and political dimensions of the COVID-19 pandemic. “Pandemic Discourses: A Global Contagion Demands Global Perspectives” will provide viewpoints from different corners of the world, and especially the global South, bringing to the forefront variable and contested understandings of disease, expertise, and society.  It is co-edited by Sakiko Fukuda-ParrManjari Mahajan, and Mark W. Frazier.
